Production Time
All MMS pieces are made-to-order.
Production timelines vary by item and may range from 2–3 business days to 2–10 weeks, depending on complexity and materials. The estimated production timeframe is listed on each product page.
Shipping time begins only after the order has been completed and dispatched.
Urgent/Rush Orders
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us by emailing info@manmadeskins.com prior to placing your order to confirm feasibility.
Expedited production is not guaranteed and is subject to studio capacity. Rush fees vary based on timeline requirements and order complexity
Rush services accelerate production timelines only and do not override carrier transit times or customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once production has begun.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your local customs authority may require payment of import duties, VAT, and/or customs processing fees before delivery. These charges are assessed by your country and carrier and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee. The recipient is responsible for all import charges.
If a shipment is refused or delivery is declined (including refusal to pay import duties/taxes), the order is not eligible for refund. Any costs incurred due to refusal, such as return shipping, storage, or handling, remain the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
All MMS pieces are made-to-order and produced specifically for each client.
For this reason, all orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact info@manmadeskins.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Approved claims may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Because all pieces are made-to-order, cancellation requests are limited.
Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of purchase and prior to production beginning. If approved, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover materials, labor allocation, and production scheduling.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
International Orders & Refused Shipments
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refused shipments, including refusal to pay import duties or taxes, are not eligible for refund.
Any additional costs incurred due to refusal, including return shipping, storage, or handling fees, remain the responsibility of the customer.
